Stock Motorcycle, Round 1: Eddie Krawiec takes an easy win
over a red-lighting Adam Arana. |

Look
at Eddie. He's well past the 660 ft. and still skitching
the front tire on and off the track! |
Here's
John Hall, who goes .101 on
the 'Tree... and wins? When Shawn Gann in the other lane
goes .104 and then runs a tenth
slower it's pretty hard to lose. Front tire also still off
the ground. |

Alcohol Funny Car, Round 2: Todd Veney in Jay Blake's Permatex
/ Follow A Dream TAFC. |
Veney
squares off against Andy Bohl. |
|
Check
out this burst sequence. Bohl starts losing it, crosses
into the centerline and starts Bohling for timing blocks.
His funny car alternates between the left front and right
rear tires being off the ground. This could have gotten
really bad as he was close to Todd, but luckily Todd was
pulling away. Andy eases it back and smartly lifts off the
throttle. Nice save, man. |
