Super
Stock, Round 1 of eliminations on Saturday: Ed Schrader
had the stripe all to himself, as George Taylor was nowhere
near it. Schrader breaks out, Taylor comes back for Round
2. |
This
one looks like a good, tight race in the photo, but John
Kakalecik (near) comes up short by 3-tenths at the 'Tree
and then breaks out by almost 3-tenths trying to make
it up. Herbert Sullivan will be back in Round 2. |
|
Eric
Bardekoff's .060/.03-over is good enough to send Michael
Allen home here in Round 1. |
|
|
|
John
Armstrong (near) had the 'Tree and does a nice job of
tightening up the stripe against Brittany Boltz. |
Jeff
Tripp takes it easy on the stripe for the win, as his
opponent... |
|
|
|
...Jim
Daniels had to get out of it and just coasts it down the
track. |
Richard
Kay (far) goes -.007 red and hands the round to Sam Biondo,
who was right on his game with an .014 green. |
|
|
|
Now
THIS was a great race! Kent Hanley (near) has a really
nice .023/.02-over run but just gets beat by the .015/.02-over
of Michelle Bongiovanni. |
Bill
Marshall (near) leaves first against Don Belles Sr. but
goes -.014 red. Belles was .118 green. Ouch, but it was
good enough for the round win. |
