Jesel,
Inc. debuted their new cam drive for PBM’s
raised cam Small Block Chevrolet. Jesel machined the mounting
cover from a piece of 6061 aluminum plate and fitted it
with a tensioning idler to properly adjust the belt tension
for the PBM’s .134” raised cam tunnel. This
drive comes with all the standard features such as a Gates
HTD® belt, high-vacuum Teflon™ coated cam and
crank seals, externally adjustable cam timing and coated
pulleys for wear resistance. A Zero-Thrust cam adapter
assembly is available as an option to further reduce the
amount of camshaft endplay. For more information, contact
